As we all know, a non profit business needs all the extra help that it can get! Here at the Alcona Humane Society our volunteers are a very important part of this shelter and we depend on them daily whether it is with cleaning, fundraisers, or just socializing with the animals.

We are currently looking for anyone who is 16 or older who would be interested in volunteering their time. All you have to do is come in and grab a volunteer waiver form, fill it out and set a time that you would like to come in.

We can’t thank the current volunteers enough for their continued support of this shelter. They truly are a blessing to us and we would love for you to come in and become a part of the Alcona Humane Society family.
